About us

Refuse to Compromise

Ayden Quick

Our story

Like every parent, we all want what is best for our kids. Unfortunately, in most sports, there remains a large opportunity gap - the haves vs the have-nots. When we founded WinShares, we did it to help level the playing field in recruiting. Along the way, we found incredible partners, people, and products that supported our cause.

With your help and generosity, we will help every player, student, and family we serve to gain access to the same opportunities that every well-funded, elite program in the country offers - access to tools and training that advance opportunity and access to sports analytics on a journey to the next level, whether that is as an athlete or in one of many roles available to students to work in sports marketing and analytics.

Our values

We keep it simple. Serve others with honesty, integrity, compassion, and transparency, and everybody wins.

Our history

After a decade in coaching and over five years of traveling around the country shaping the role of analytics in sports, we recognized the massive opportunity to serve kids at a much deeper level. As parents and coaches, we wanted to take what we learned and tear down the barriers to opportunity. Sports isn't just for those who can afford it - it's for everyone.

Now, with over a dozen strategic alliances with companies in multiple sports, we can deliver on our promise to democratize opportunity in sports.
